Happy Bird’s Nest LLC will accept for exchange or return merchandise that does not completely satisfy you. Some restrictions apply.
ALL returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Happy Bird’s Nest CANNOT process a return or exchange without the original proof of purchase NO EXCEPTIONS
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt, in original packaging and able to be resold.
Prior to shipping any order back, regardless of product condition, please contact our customer service department at 832-901-1290 or admin@happybirdsnest.com for a return authorization. Returns shipped to our store without prior authorization will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Once your return has been authorized, please send the merchandise and proof of purchase to our Return Department to receive a credit to original form of tender:
