How to make BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS
YOU’LL NEED:
- 450 gr.Of chicken tenders.
- 3 large spoons.Of melted butter.
- 1 Cup.Of milk
- A 1/4 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.
- A Cup.Of corn flakes crumbs.
- Salt and Pepper, to taste.
FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS TO PREPARE THIS EASY BAKED CHICKEN:
FIRST STEP:
I preheated the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, and with a nonstick cooking spray, I prepared a medium baking dish, ad set it aside for later.
SECOND STEP:
I placed the yogurt in a cup and blended the parmesan cheese with the crumbs of the corn and I put it in another bowl.
THIRD STEP:
In the yogurt, I placed the tender chicken pieces and leave it for 15 minutes.
FOURTH STEP:
Then I dipped each piece fully into the cheese+crumb mixture to coat it totally, and I put it on the prepared baking sheet.
FIFTH STEP:
Over the bids, I spread the melting butter, and I sprinkled a tablespoon of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper on the top.
SIXTH STEP:
I baked the chicken for around 15 8minutes until baked through and crispy and its color changed to a golden brown!
